TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAK SUPER GAME

1. Binding Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Pak Super Game (collectively referred to as "the Game,” "Platform,” "we,” "us,” or "our”)—an online gaming application originating from Pakistan—you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms”).

Accessing or using online gaming platforms is permitted under the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and your local place of residence.

3. User Account Registration & Security

Account Setup: Certain features may require account registration using a valid email address, mobile phone number, or authorized social login credentials.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to supply accurate, complete, and current information during setup and to maintain the prompt updating of your profile.
Account Safeguarding: You assume full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities, actions, or transactions conducted through your account.
Non-Transferability: User accounts are strictly personal. You may not sell, lease, transfer, share, or grant third parties access to your account under any circumstances.

4. Code of Conduct & Fair Play Standards

Enforcement & Consequences: Breaching any conduct rules may result in immediate account freeze, permanent account termination, and complete forfeiture of accrued virtual assets without prior notice or refund.

5. Virtual Currency, In-App Items & Financial Terms

Nature of Virtual Assets: Pak Super Game may offer digital coins, points, tokens, or in-app items. These virtual assets are licensed—not sold—to you on a limited, revocable, and non-transferable basis strictly for entertainment within the Game.
Zero Real-World Value: Virtual currency and digital items carry no real-world value outside the Game and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency unless explicitly provided under specific official platform rules.
Non-Refundable Transactions: All in-app purchases, token acquisitions, and digital orders are final and non-refundable, except where strictly mandated by local consumer protection laws or store policies (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store policies).
Adjustments: We reserve the right to alter pricing, virtual item availability, or reward structures at any time without advance notification.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, original artwork, character designs, source code, visual interfaces, sound effects, and audio tracks within Pak Super Game are owned by or licensed to us, protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform material without explicit written permission from us.

7. Service Availability & Platform Updates

Modifications: We maintain the right to adjust, update, patch, suspend, or permanently remove any feature, game mode, or virtual item at our sole discretion without liability to users.

8. Account Termination & Cancellation

Termination by User: You may terminate your legal agreement at any time by deleting your account and removing the Game software from your device.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to Pak Super Game immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, participate in illegal activities, or if we elect to shut down the service.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"AS IS” Provision: Pak Super Game is supplied strictly on an "AS IS” and "AS AVAILABLE” basis, devoid of warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Exclusion of Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pak Super Game, its creators, executives, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the Platform.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms or the Game shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted within the app or on our official website with a updated "Last Updated” date. Your continued access to Pak Super Game following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
